Privacy at MediaBrain AI

MediaBrain AI is being built for professional use with a clear separation between public website activity and private company knowledge.

Website and lead information

When you voluntarily submit contact information, we may process details such as your name, company, business email, phone number, preferred callback time and message in order to respond to your request and manage the business relationship.

Private company documents

Private contracts and company documents are intended to be processed only within the authenticated company workspace associated with the authorized user. Private customer documents must not become public knowledge or another customer's knowledge source.

Service providers

MediaBrain may use infrastructure, AI, database, authentication, email and analytics providers to operate the service. The production list of subprocessors and retention rules will be published before paid enterprise onboarding.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information submitted to MediaBrain, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
