Production service-provider transparency

This page identifies categories of third parties that may process customer or user data on behalf of MediaBrain. We only list providers as active subprocessors when they are used in production for a relevant processing purpose.

Current production infrastructure

Vercel — hosting, deployment, edge delivery and application infrastructure.

AI and research providers

MediaBrain may use external AI model and research providers when those features are enabled. The final production register will identify each active provider, processing purpose and relevant location before paid enterprise onboarding. Private customer content is not intended to be routed to a provider unless the feature requires it and the production configuration permits it.

Planned service categories

Database/storage, authentication, transactional email, analytics, payment processing and security-monitoring providers may be added as the commercial stack is activated. This page will be updated before such providers are relied on for customer processing.

Changes and notice

For customers with contractual subprocessor-notification rights, notice and objection procedures will be governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum or enterprise agreement.

Data minimization

MediaBrain seeks to limit each provider to the data reasonably necessary for the provider's function and to keep private company content separate from public marketing and analytics data.
