MediaBrain AI website and evaluation terms

These terms apply to the public MediaBrain AI website and evaluation functionality available before full commercial launch.

Decision support, not formal legal representation

MediaBrain provides AI-assisted research and decision support. It is not a law firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Where a matter requires formal legal advice, users should consult appropriately qualified counsel.

Accuracy and source review

MediaBrain is designed to ground important conclusions in available sources, but AI systems and external sources can be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing material decisions and source documents.

Public and private modes

Public AI is intended for public information and general research. Private company documents should only be uploaded to authenticated company workspaces that are explicitly enabled for secure document processing.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access another company workspace, interfere with security controls, or submit content they are not authorized to process.

Commercial service

Paid plans, service levels, data-processing terms and enterprise commitments will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement when launched.
