ACCEPTABLE USE

Use MediaBrain lawfully, securely and responsibly.

Effective: August 20, 2026.

1. Unlawful or harmful use

You may not use MediaBrain to facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, evasion of legal obligations, harassment, abuse, material deception or other activity that violates applicable law.

2. Unauthorized data

Do not upload, process or request analysis of content you are not authorized to use, including confidential third-party information obtained unlawfully or in breach of binding duties.

3. Security and access controls

You may not probe, scan, exploit, bypass or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, tenant isolation or other security controls; access another customer's workspace; share credentials contrary to account rules; or introduce malicious code.

4. Automated access and scraping

Automated use must comply with published interfaces and usage limits. You may not scrape, crawl or extract the Services in a manner that materially degrades availability, circumvents restrictions or copies protected platform functionality.

5. High-impact decisions

MediaBrain output must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that legally require qualified professional review, formal legal representation or regulated human judgment. Users are responsible for appropriate verification and oversight.

6. Intellectual property and impersonation

You may not use the Services to infringe intellectual-property rights, falsely represent affiliation with MediaBrain or another organization, or mislead others about the origin or authority of content.

7. Abuse of research and legal content

Do not intentionally manipulate source material, fabricate citations, conceal material context or use the Services to create deceptive claims of legal authority.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services or third parties. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
